Reflection 4:Food Sold In Our Canteen

Hi everyone now Iam going to about food sold in our canteen, it is very healthy to eat our school food.If the food is not healthy the princpal will tell them not to come to this school anymore because it is not healthy.If you kept eating this food call,CURRY CHICKEN of course you will fall sick because it to spicy and maybe you will get sorethroat and your voice will be very soft . Some time if you eat regular you be healthy and ask the store uncle or anutie ask them to put more vegetable and put less meat.If you eat healthy Iam sure that you never sick or have any sorethroat.So i wish everyone will be healthy.

Hi everyone now I am going to talk about hand foot and mouth disease, it very dangerous having hand foot and mouth disease,if the virus had gone to your to brain you will suffered from brain damaged.I also suffered from hand,foot and mouth disease my hand had small litte red dot and it feel very inched and painful.The worse is my mouth had ouser it is so pain that when I want to eat porridge i feel crying.Then I cannot go to school cannot play with we friend and i feel so boring .Hand,foot and mouth disease is a terrible thing if the virus is strong it may lead to death.So ereryone when you want to eat food you need to wash your hand with soap then you can eat your food.Always do not share your food and drink maybe your friend got hand, foot and mouth disease

Reflection3:Friendship

I know that we have lot of friend and be kind and helpful to each other .But some people treat their friend like dogs and cat.So this people never cherish their friendship and always fight we their friend and make people cry and scold them cry baby.Friendship is important because if you do not know something you can ask your friend that you do not understand or how to do.So now I know how impotant it is and we must cherish our friendship.So thank you Mr Ong for ask us to do this in the blogs.

Courtesy means to respect people and be friendly and not to fight .Some people are not courtesy they are very rude and did not respect thier teacher.I hate people that are rude and not friend to us but some people are kind and polite to their friend.So I give you an eg like chew jian is the courtesy an friendly to his friend.So I appreciate chew jian as my good friend.
